After a sixteen hour journey to Pomona, California the West Texas A&M University Equestrian Team arrived at the Wester IHSA Semi-Final Championship with six team riders and six individual riders ready to compete! This competition would determine which teams and individual riders would be making the trip to Nationals. In order to earn a spot at Nationals in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania as a team WT had to be in the top three and for the individual classes the riders had to be in the top four.

It has been a long winter resulting in a greater need for hay and grain for privately owned equines and at area equine rescues.
Beth Dustin, manager of Saint George Equine Assistance Program (SGEAP), has been able to help feed many horses in Central Massachusetts, during this long winter. Like the lack of warm days, donations are now lacking, yet there are still many more equines needing assistance from SGEAP.

California darlings Kathleen Raine and "Breanna" are on a roll after topping the CDI Grand Prix Special at the recent Dressage Affaire CDI 3*.
